Happy Valley Ranch is a well-established, high-value pocket of West San Jose. Homes here were built between 1956 and 1964, and they typically range from 1,747 to 2,796 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms. The median sale price in the neighborhood sits at $2,440,000, with closed prices ranging from $1,975,000 to $3,066,000.
